TTE's online payment service provider Ogone is experiencing serious technical failures. At this moment the systems are down and are not working correctly. For customers of The Ticket Enterprise this means that they cannot pay their tickets directly online (credit card, Maestro, Paypal, iDeal). The technical department of Ogone is doing their utmost to get the systems up and running as soon as possible.
The Ticket Enterprise is very sorry for this inconvenience, but kindly hopes for your understanding that this situation is beyond our control. If you would like to buy tickets and you want to pay directly online, please contact our Sales and Support Center. They will ask for your credit card details in order to complete the payment manually as soon as Ogone is fully operational. You can reach them at the following phone number: 0031 10 713 7800. You can also choose to pay your tickets by bank transfer. As soon as you placed the order, you will receive an email with the payment instructions. As soon as your payment is in, we will confirm your tickets.
