Ticket Summit: A summary
Ticket Summit 2010 in New York was a big success for The Ticket Enterprise. Although we feel that the conference was mainly focussed on the U.S., we found Ticket Summit very interesting. We have learned important information about customer service, pricing and selling strategies and the changing online ticket market. We met interesting speakers, panelists and potential partners.
Ticket Summit is the leading trade show and conference in the secondary ticket industry. This signature event brings together hundreds of experts and leaders within the ticket community, offering them a chance to establish and foster relationships valuable to their business. This year Ticket Summit was held in New York, from 14-16 January in the Waldorf=Astoria hotel.
Our main goal was to learn how to improve our company and to introduce The Ticket Enterprise to the rest of the world. The seminars 'Building your brand' and 'Customer Service Strategies' showed us some valuable issues which are relevant for the current situation in our company. We are inspired by the information provided and we will definitely follow up on the advices that were given during these sessions.
We did not only enjoyed the meetings, but also the people we met in New York. We hope that the acquaintances will turn into strong and long lasting partnerships. We are defenitely looking forward to the next Ticket Summit, which will be held in Las Vegas from 14-16 July.
