I am Arjan de Vette. I am working for the Ticket Enterprise as a system administrator. In a company where a large part of our business takes part online and digitally, making sure that everything is in fact online and stays that way is important. ^_^  In most of the services we provide communication is key, so that makes reliability of our systems, servers and connections a core interest. My role in this is quite flexible and versatile, since it deals with making sure that all of our websites are running, but also with smaller stuff like workstations of our agents not doing what they should be doing or even making sure that people know which button on their phone panel does what, and everything in between. Together with our developing team I am also responsible for improving the technical side of our operations and to assist in continually trying to optimize our procedures and services. Every day there is a new challenge waiting for me, so for now I am a happy and proud member of the team that is trying to sell your tickets.
