I am Chantal Bonefaas and I work for The Ticket Enterprise since 2007. After a degree in Dutch Language & Culture at the University of Leiden, I started as a copy editor for a Dutch magazine. Unfortunately the job was not what I expected and soon after that I made the switch to TTE.  I entered the world of Formula 1 as Content Manager. Back then I was responsible for 45 websites. My main activity was to update news messages and to improve the sales and support pages on these websites.

In the three years that I work for TTE I developed myself into a real workaholic. Not because I cannot manage my work, but because all those roaring cars and bikes attracts me more than anything else. Right now I am part of the Management team and my job description also contains “Operations Manager”. Together with our general manager I do my utmost to improve our websites and to make our Sales and Support team stronger than ever. This job allows me to combine both of my university degrees: Command of Language + Journalism & New Media.

My passions are, how surprising, writing, language and internet. I am fan of communities like Facebook  and Twitter and during the week I like to spend some time on updating my blog.
