I have joined The Ticket Enterprise in August 2010.
I started my professional career a very, very long time ago at Prorail. In a variety of roles I have grown towards the job of manager and logistic advisor. Fourteen years with one employer made me long to broaden and expand my views and experiences and thus I entered the dynamic world of IT consultancy. As a senior implementation consultant I was involved in and responsible for several smaller and bigger organisational implementations.
Somehow my activities were noticed resulting in becoming the manager operations in a big organisation that provided material, financial and medical aid. My main focus was structuring and optimizing the organisation and prepare them for a major growth. This has been a very enervating period after which I needed to take a break, partly spent in beautiful Australia. Before joining TTE I worked at Syndicat, a company specialized in brand development and branded interaction. At first as a freelancer, later on in a role in which I was responsible for, how odd, people, money and processes. And finally, after a lot of wanderings I ended up with the Ticket Enterprise.
I think it’s an understatement to say this is a dynamic environment. I do expect the needs, the wishes as well as the day-to-day activities will offer me a lot of possibilities to add value to TTE as well as to my own development. For the next few weeks I will be focussing on analysing the (financial) processes and make an inventory of the possible improvements. At the same time I will concentrate on structuring the IT processes and systems to create a solid base for future developments.
It definitely will be an exciting process …
