Updating ticket shops to 2012
At this moment our Development, ICT, Communication and Design department are working on an update of all ticket shops to make them ready again for a brand new 2012 season. This means that the calendars need to be changed, but of course we are also doing our utmost to improve our shops wherever we can. Based on customer experience during the past season, we are now restructuring our check out pages, for example. We feel that by changing the look and feel of these pages, we can make our websites even more accessible for our clients. Ordering tickets should be easy, simple and fast. We are convinced that combining our powers, we can develop our shops into the world's best ticket network in the racing industry.
Introduction new ticket shop HockheimringTickets.de
Our Interaction Designers Sheila Brugman and Michael Tjaden iare currently working on a brand new ticket shop for the Hockemheimring. Both employees are specialised in usability on the web. We want our ticket shops to be complete: it should be the only website a customer needs to make the decision to visit a race and to book his actual ticket. While Sheila and Michael are busy with modifying the technical part of this brand new shop, our Communications department is busy with gathering race specific information. Questions about the race track, delivery of tickets or special child arrangements should be answered on the website. Our Communication department is therefore is close contact with the official promoter, in order to offer all event information online.
We expect to launch HockenheimringTickets.de on Monday November 14th 2011.
