My name is Dominique, I am 25 years old and I studied Management Tourism on the NHTV in Breda. After I finished my study in 2008, I worked for an hotel in Maastricht as Junior Banqueting Manager, where I was responsible for the sales and operational activities around our meeting rooms.

Since December 2010 I am living in Rotterdam and am I working for The Ticket Enterprise BV. I started as Sales and Support Agent to assist our English, Dutch, German and French customers. Being stand-by for them in case they had questions or needed some assistance, was my main target.

After less than one year working for The Ticket Enterprise BV, a new experience was waiting for me: a job as Purchaser / Product Manager. My premium responsibilities are purchasing tickets from all circuits around the world and creating a good relationship between our team and the circuits. By taking these responsibilities I have the opportunity to develop my personal skills and to build a worldwide network.

Also as a lover of racing sports, I am very happy to be a part of this business. Since my youth I am following Formula 1 on television and visited some of the European races. For me it is like I am infected with the race virus. Personally I think it is very important to have interest for the sport, because then you can taste the experiences and feelings of the clients yourself.

Service and quality is what I am used to offer and I prefer to give each client this feeling as well, by taking the responsibility for my job and giving detailed information about our products and facilities to our colleagues and clients.
