Hola! My name is Maricela. I joined The Ticket Enterprise in May 2011.
After finishing my studies in Tourism at the Mexican University, I started my professional career at the Tourism Ministry of Mexico. My responsibilities lay with The Tourism Product Development and Promotion Department of the Mexican Beaches. This department is responsible for the promotion of the highly competitive development of new tourism products to diversify Mexico’s tourism and its offering potential.
After that rewarding experience, I found that my skills in communication, analysis and troubleshooting were developed significantly. During my presence there, I encountered various nationalities and cultures, which enabled me to use my skills outside of my professional playing field.
My guest relations experience began in 2001 when working for various internationally renowned chains of hotels such as Club Med, Westin and Hilton. While obtaining more experience there, my customer care skills developed to a high standard. It is important for me personally to give my customers a high level of service, a level which I stand for.
In the year of 2004, I travelled to The Netherlands to end up settling down here as well. I enjoyed studying the Dutch culture as well as its language. To my happiness I have now joined the team of The Ticket Enterprise, a company that has the same high standard of customer service which enables me to put my skills in good use and develop them even more. The Ticket Enterprise combines my passions, customer service, languages, international environment with the magic world of Motorsport! The Motorsport such as Formula 1 and MotoGP drew my attention long ago when a relative introduced me to the world of fast cars, motorcycles and most importantly speed. The noises, the adrenaline, the speed of it all are things that I enjoy very much. This all makes it easy for me to provide you with a high level of service to make your racing experience the best experience ever!
