The Ticket Enterprise is constantly improving the service it offers. This means that the focus is on developing better, more intuitive websites aimed at a specific target group. The information provided is of high quality and the service from our customer support team is excellent. Our aim is to be world trendsetters in our field.
Our other unique selling point is the knowledge of the business which we bring to our service. We know better than anyone where the best seats are at any circuit, how to get to them and what the facilities are for the disabled. Our Sales & Support team is trained to provide this information. All our staff also visit the circuits to see for themselves what the situation is on the spot. Our aim at The Ticket Enterprise is to have at least one person on the team with expert knowledge for each event.
All our available knowledge and information is presented in an accessible manner on our websites. We currently have 40 active webshops in ten countries. These can be divided into portal websites offering tickets for all events from Formula 1 to World Superbike, race class sites with all the races from one category and local websites, offering tickets for one event only.
