The Sales & Support team is an essential element in the The Ticket Enterprise's formula. The management, maintenance and expansion of our international client base would be impossible without a top class team. The current team is one of professional and enthusiastic staff with a passion not only for their work, but also for the product we offer. They possess a wealth of product expertise, so our clients are always assured of the best information. Dedication to the best customer service possible plays a major role in their work, be it e mail or telephone contact with clients, whose questions can vary from where to find the best seats to facilities for the disabled at a given circuit. Our team also has regular contact with the many circuits concerned.
In addition to answering customers’ questions the team is also responsible for dealing with orders and dispatching tickets.
Altogether, our online platform of ticket shops offers a choice of six languages. Therefore we expect our staff to each be fluent in at least two of these. This way of working will create and international atmosphere in which all team member need to take in account the cultural differences.
Development of our Customer Service
The Ticket Enterprise aims to become the world’s largest online ticket business for motorsport. That requires proactive, hardworking people with a commitment to the company. This is why we invest time and attention in the further development of our Sales & Support team. Regular communications training takes place with, for example, refresher courses in English or workshops in writing for business.
Over the years we have built up a wide network of satisfied customers who come back to us again and again. We hope to further extend this customer base in the future by means of our outstanding customer service.
