Hello there, my name is Timo and I started working at The Ticket Enterprise since January 2010 as a customer support agent. Since I am the only native Dutch in our multi-cultural team I take mainly care of our Dutch customers!
As a child from a German mother and Dutch father I have been raised in a multi-lingual family. Maybe for this reason I always had interest in learning foreign languages although in school I wasn’t very good at it. I am a practical guy and I have to learn by practice and that’s what I did during my internships abroad. Now I speak four languages and this helps me in an international business as TT Enterprise to give a better service to our customers.
What I like about my work is the contact we have with customers all around the world and aiming to make their trip to a Grand Prix a big success!
