Based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, The Ticket Enterprise currently runs over 40 ticket shops in Formula 1, A1GP, MotoGP and World SBK racing. These websites are hosted by our team of 5 Sales&Support operators in 6 different languages. Dedication, professionalism and customer orientation is what we stand for.

To expand our current team of 5 sales and support operators we are looking for a fulltime or parttime:

Multilingual Sales & Support Operator: Italian/German/English
(fulltime/parttime)

Your job with us:
As a ( junior) Sales & Support Operator you will be part of the The Ticket Enterprise operational team and take on a shared responsibility for our:

Operational activities:
Providing administrative/sales support in the handling of all e-mail/phone requests and questions from (potential) clients to keep them satisfied.

Maintenance activities:
Spotting opportunities to improve our websites and keeping the information that we communicate towards our clients up-to-date.

Your skills:

1. Basic knowledge of English. Besides English a second language is necessary. We are now looking for operators who speak German and/or Italian fluently.
2. Educational level is HBO with a maximum of 2 years experience or MBO with a minimum of three years experience.
3. You are computer literate. Experience with SAP is appreciated.
4. You are able to handle pressure effectively.
5. You are able to work independently as well as in a team.
6. You are a well organised and structured worker.
